the server for the app queries the tfgm api, which downloads the boards data. from the arrival times an approximation of how far along the tram is between 2 stations is made and converted into a float value [0,1]. you can retrieve this data from my server here
i made a new map for the tram because the official one (which you can see here) doesn't look very good on a vertical screen. i wanted something i could scroll up and down on mobile!! i made it in inkscape: svg png
im not completely happy with the code right now but im sure i'll release the app and source eventually. here's a development screenshot
